Writing a Product Review
To write a product review, visit the page of the product you want to review and click “Write a Review.” Please note that you must be logged in to do so. If you don’t already have an account, it takes just a few moments to set one up. Once you’re logged in, fill out your review and be sure to click “Submit” for it to go through.
FAQs About Reviews
Why is the review I wrote not up on your site?
Because there are certain guidelines of what you can and can’t say in reviews due to government restrictions (more on that in a moment), it can take up to 72 hours for your review to be processed. If you’ve followed the guidelines and still don’t see your review, please email us and we’ll be happy to help.
My review was rejected. What happened?
The government has very specific requirements about what you can and can’t say regarding wellness products. That being said, any review that contains a medical claim or disease claim cannot be published. We also cannot publish anything that contains obscene language, specific contact information, or anything that is spam. A detailed list of our review restrictions can be found here.
